GT Marine Sarasota at 7981 North Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, Florida.

Let me start by explaining the low rating with only 2 stars. I think GT Marine is an absolute wonderful place to do business with and that is why I am not giving my last name. I would like to continue to do business with them. That being said something bothered me a few weeks back when I stopped in to the Sarasota location. I was greeted by their detailing Girl ( forgive me I do not remember your name) she was detailing a boat but made sure to greet me and see to it that the guys knew I was there. I've been to GT several times in the last year and each time without fail this "detailing girl" is always working diligently and she is as pleasant as could be to the costumers, back to my reasoning for the 2 stars. When entering the office, at some point a employee mentioned her and the guys in the office where well let's just say unprofessional when talking about this girl. I am assuming they didn't believe I could hear them speak so ill of the one who seems to be the hardest worker there. This has bothered me ever since that day. I hope she never hears what they were saying. I think she's a superb detailer. She's done a few fixes for me while my boat was being serviced. I would hope that GT Marine sees what I and I'm sure many other customers see, and value a person in this day that is willing to work as hard as I see her working. Keep up the great work"detailing girl".
