Even if the customer service is bad sometimes, it's super cheap so honestly I don't care. Usually everyone's nice but occasionally there are some less than pleasant employees. But like I said, super cheap. I bought an entire outfit the other day for 15$, can't go wrong with that.

I have always liked this store and have shopped there often. Usually me and my two year old stroll through a couple times a month. I forgot my stroller and old navy was kind enough to lend me small cart as I do. It like those giant fire trucks that cost 10 dollars to rent. I had shopped through the entire store had made my selections and it was off to the fitting room. Upon arrival to the fitting rooms there was a barrier up that said as for assistance for handicapped room. I along with every mother with a two year old need a larger room . When the store manager as she proclaimed herself to be immediately before asking me anything starts telling me I can't have the small cart in the room my son is in said cart. I asked if there was a problem I had about 5 items. She then says "this cart is from old navy!" I said "I am not sure what concern that is if yours but they were kind enough to lend me it. She said I wasn't allowed to have carts in the store. Mind you I had been shopping this entire time with no issues. I then asked if she could give me a break I'm trying to shop with a two year old and just want to try on a few jumpsuits. She proceeded to unlock a small , I asked her for the larger room she very frustrated walks down tow the handicapped room and opens the door. Then as I wheel us back she again aggravated says you can't take the cart. I said that is fine. I try on the first in loved it so I didn't even try the others. I walk over to the jewelry area to select a ring to go with my jumpsuit and I hear her across the store talking about me on the phone talking to another forever store about the early mentioned cart. She walks over to me I at this point am extremely angry... I say what now can't you just leave me in peace to finish up. She says no no you can't have a cart in here this cart is no larger than a stroller and really is there much difference I asked... I ignore her and walk to the counter to pay and she is still going on and on about the cart!!!!! I told her I was trying to pay so I could leave we argue over if I am going to be allowed to purchase my items .. she threatens to call security! I said to her you are specifically targeting a woman with a two year old trying to spend money in this store ! I also tell her she should wipe some of that make up off and I leave! I'll never go back and am considering legal action I feel I was specifically targeted and she also insinuated that I could be stealing!!!!! I was appalled! This woman's name is Kimberly and she wouldn't give me her last I don't blame her I would be ashamed to! Never again!
