We had a fire erupt inside the structure of our outdoor fireplace and needed it rebuilt. I made contact with "Jessie" in mid December and asked for an estimate. He told me he would come out after the Christmas holiday and asked if I could email pictures, which I did. After the holidays I called him to see when he was coming out. He didn't remember me and asked that I send pictures again, as he had lost the ones I sent him. Again, no contact from him, so I called and told the secretary I needed a recommendation for another company because it had been nearly a month since my first contact and no one had shown up yet, so she sent one of their workers to look. Two days later I still have no estimate and they said Jessie was out of town and not returning phone calls. Now I have been set back almost a month with this project and have to seek out another contractor to start this process all over again.

Bottom line, I would recommend steering clear of this business. Their phone goes unanswered a great deal of the time and they are obviously a very disorganized company.
